Can I create an account now?
Yes. Create your account for free and confirm the email to manage the profile and your comments.
Is Boa Porta free?
Yes. Creating a profile, receiving comments and sharing the profile is free for landlords and tenants.
Can I be a landlord and a tenant?
Yes. You can choose the two strands on your profile and change them in the private area.
How do I get comments?
Activate your profile and share the link or QR code with people who have had a lease experience with you.
Who can see my profile?
Anyone can search by name and consult an active public profile, even without an account. An inactive profile is unavailable to the public.
Do I have to create an account to comment?
No. You can leave an opinion on a public profile. If you indicate an email, you need to confirm it for the opinion to be visible.
What does validated account mean?
It means that the author confirmed access to the email. It does not certify the identity, ownership of a property or the leasing experience.
Can I edit or delete my comment?
Yes. Enter your private area and open my comments. You can also edit the rating and opinion on the profile when you are authenticated as an author. Comments without associated email cannot be edited by this access.
Can I leave more than one opinion on the same profile?
It is not allowed to repeat the same email on the same profile. To change an opinion, log into your account. There are also security limits to prevent repeated comments from the same network.
How do I report content?
Open Report Content and indicate the link of the profile or comment, the reasons and the elements necessary to analyze the request.
